Wonderful breakfast room with great selection and nice view. Accommodating staff who called a taxi for us. Good inexpensive restaurants in the area. Sauna was amazingly nice. Walking distance to port and tourist attractions.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the historical center. The cleanliness and comfort of the double rooms were excellent, with amazing decorations and an especially excellent bathroom. The hotel facilities, including the spa with its jacuzzi, sauna, and massage services, were great. We also made use of the fitness center, great. The hotel's location in the Kalsa district was ideal, as it was quieter than the city center but still within a 15-minute walk of all the major sights, museums, and shopping streets. The staff was helpful, answering all our questions about getting around this city, and the breakfast buffet on the terrace was a delicious feast of Sicilian dessert tortes, along with a variety of other options.

There seems to be a lack of amenities and comforts in the rooms such as extra toiletries, water, and pillowcases.

But the location of the hotel is outstanding. It is situated right in the center of the historic area, making it convenient for us to explore the vibrant nightlife in the city. We didn't have to worry about transportation as there were plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. the hotel is in the best neighborhood, surrounded by charming streets and beautiful architecture.

The hotel was situated on a small road in the historical center, which added to its charm. The room was modern and spacious, with a huge and comfortable bed. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and the terrace/restaurant offered a fantastic evening meal. We were even upgraded to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. the hotel's focus on quality and discreet service made our stay truly enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a lovely 4-star hotel in a historical center. This place is located in a fairly small road a bit away from the center, which I really liked. It's in an up-and-coming area in the old town, making it a great base for exploring Palermo. The hotel is also within relatively easy walking distance of the city center, which was convenient for me.

We filled out a form the day before with our breakfast preferences, and it was ready for us at the time we requested. The hotel also had a small parking area at the back, which made it convenient for us to park our car. Additionally, the hotel's location near the town center was perfect for us. We could easily walk to all the attractions and amenities, and being close to the river and the Lake District was a bonus.
